Please note that once products are sold, you can only exchange our products:

• Within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase
• We do not do refund
• We do not give Gift cards or Vouchers for exchange
• You can only exchange model, size or color
• The exchange value should be same or higher
• The purchased products must be returned with their original tags and boxes
• The purchased products must be returned clean, unused and original aspects

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange

Any defective item will be replaced in condition that the product is not used, damaged or washed

Important: Also note that the Company does not cover problems caused by misuse or improper care of product, wear & tear, as well as damage caused by accidents

Items kept for a long time without use, may cause alterations in its components and can result in the detachement or decomposition of the materials used which does not characterize as manufacturing defect.

Printed or Metallic items may suffer wear and tear with use

The appearance of small folds is a natural characteristic of the product caused by natural flexing

Lined, painted or coated items, can be damaged during use of the product, which is not a reason to exchange it, as it is not a manufacturing defect
